The only downfall of this hotel is that it's a very big hotel with a lot of room. It's like a maze to get to your room. I got lost a couple of times but overall, it's a great place to stay and very affordable.

Very comfortable rooms..only thing negative was there were no vending or soda machines or guest laundry even though it says there is. Also if you get a room in the back be prepared to walk all the way around everytime you want to go anywhere because all of the exit gates c are locked or there isnt any. But cofortable bed great spacious room.

The room was clean, bedbug-free, and spacious. The staff, especially Sadie at the Front Counter, were wonderful. There were some issues in the room but Sadie took care of it all. One of our travel team got ill and a member of the housekeeping team took care of the person in a kind and respectful manner (NOT part of her job, but still did it). We were VERY happy with our stay!
