Unfortunately, our experience was extremely disappointing, particularly given the circumstances. We had to stay at the hotel because our flight was cancelled. I had initially made the booking for the wrong date and called to request a change to the same day. Unfortunately, the lady I spoke to on the phone was extremely unhelpful and showed very little empathy or understanding. Rather than simply assisting with what was a relatively minor change, she became irritated and raised her voice during the call. As it was already late in the evening and we had no other option following the flight cancellation, we had little choice but to proceed with the booking. The room itself was also very disappointing. The beds were extremely uncomfortable spring mattresses, and the basic amenities were inadequate — there were only two cups and two sugar sachets, with no tea or coffee provided. There was also just a single chair and a small table, which was cluttered with items that were of little use. Most concerningly, we also found a used condom in the toilet, which raises serious questions about the standard of cleaning and hygiene. Overall, this was a very poor experience, from the customer service to the condition and cleanliness of the room. Based on our experience, I would strongly recommend considering other options if possible.

I don't know why this is listed as a hotel. There was NO staff, we paid for a city view and got a window looking at a brick wall. There was mold on the walls and the cover was an old towel. Absolutely astounding they list themselves as a four star hotel. I would not recommend this "hotel" to anyone.

Centrally located a short but beautiful walk through two beautiful parks to reach the old town. Many great restaurants right on the same street including Michelin rated restaurants. Staff at hotel were accommodating and kind. Service was remote but fast friendly and professional. Definitely recommend. We stayed 12 night and were very comfortable.
