Adorable family friendly stay in Madinah

Staffs were very helpful. We got a room next to noisy busy street. After raising the issue staff moved into other rooms straightaway. We had two kids and stayed 4 nights. We used our own taxi to move around . We got a recommendation of a great driver who was nice person . Room was spacious. Kettle cord was very inconvenient position, very difficult to use. Beds were comfortable. We need to ask them for tea bags every days . They used head count before give use yea bag ! Looks like they are in very saving mood !

First of all we did booking online through expedia when we went thier travel for almost 10 hrs flight and drive when we went to counter around 1 pm because that's check in time they told us we don't know Expedia then showed them email confirmation there were two ladies at the counter no 1 knows English then they said wait after 30 minutes wait the person came and say the same story to him aswell he said wait we waited almost 3 hrs and i went few times to the counter same response then i left the hotel took taxi to next to haram was finding hotel manually we were fasting and thats wrest experience i had with them 1. It was far then what they saying in app 2. The shuttle service they have 1 bus on whole hotel u have wait hour to go to haram or either do u r own taxi every time u want to go I will never prefer anyone to book this hotel
