What to say...

Unfortunately we had not the best experience. We booked and paid via Hotels.com (expedia) a few days earlier a room. When checking in the receptionist informed us Expedia didn't make the payment and we needed to pay, which we did. We contacted Hotel.com call center who tried to get a hold of the hotelmanager to resolve. Unfortunately they were not able to speak to the hotelmanager to resolve the issue. We showed the receptionist our payment to Hotel.com but she was not interested and only followed her own system, no willingness to listen. When my sister called my father for advise, the receptionist started shouting to stop recording the conversation and threatened with the police. My sister was flabbergasted, my father shocked to hear the receptionist shouting and we decided to leave this uncomfortable and aggressive situation. We did our best, spoke German as the receptionist was not able or willing speaking English. Nothing wrong with the hotel, neither the attempts from the hotel.com call center to solve and appologisies we received. You see that you can have a good company, but at the end it are the people working for you that can break your reputation in a second. Hotel.com will for sure solve it and pay back the double payment, it's just unneeded and unnecessary experience burning time of people and creating the wrong memories the hotel staff should have created.

Prima hotelkamer, heerlijke bedden, goed stapelbed. Geen geluidsoverlast. Basic verder, geen koffie en thee dingen, en wifi werkt niet en blijkt al jaren niet te werken. We hebben gewoon beneden gezeten voor de wifi. Alles schoon en netjes. Ontbijt beneden kopen ging prima. Balkon was aan de andere kant van het gebouw en daardoor rustig qua geluid.

We arrived on time, as we booked the room and the reception lady, she was not a jerk, completely ignored us! I was really waiting for the room and then I got the key not at the reception but at the gas station. I am very sorry because it is not the first time I have bought this hotel but I think I will stay there next time!!!!

Op de kamer zelf was niet heel veel aan te merken, al had de railing langs het bovenste bed van het stapelbed wat langer gemogen. Internet deed het helaas niet. Nog vervelender was het dat we ‘s nachts erg veel last hadden van mensen die de loopbrug naar de receptie gebruikten. De dame die ons in de avond ontving was zeer vriendelijk, maar dat gold helaas niet voor haar collega die ons hielp bij het ontbijt. Het ontbijt zelf was prima.

Kamers zijn prima. Familiekamer is een aanrader voor gezinnen. Deze keer was er geen WiFi in het hotel. Hotel blijkt te zijn overgenomen door een ander bedrijf; naam (nog) niet veranderd. Ben beniwued wat het gaat worden. Ontbijt in de Raststätte is prima.

Eigentlich wäre das volle Punktzahl gewesen, wenn da nicht kleinere überflüssige Mängel gewesen wären: + 24h-Rezeption + Sehr nah an A3 + Klinisch rein, super sauber +- Preis etwas überteuert, ist kein Holiday Inn - Heizung ging nicht, bei 8 Grad Außentemperatur - zwar gepflegt, aber etwas altbacken Eigentlich Top Schlafgelegenheit für Transit, aber ohne Heizung nicht empfehlenswert....im Sommer das selbe mit vorhandener Klimaanlage - ohne Fernbedienung nicht nutzbar Fur

Personeel mag wel wat vriendelijker zijn maar over het algemeen is het een prima hotel. Kamer is ruim en hadden nu voor het eerst een bank op de kamer dat was zeer aangenaam zodat je niet de hele avond op het bed hoeft te hangen. Douche was wel vreselijk. De knop werkte contra, warme kant was koud en de koude kant was warm. Hierdoor verbrande ik me voeten. Bedden zijn zeer comfortabel, alleen het kussen stelt weinig voor.
