C’est un excellent hôtel, mais petit problème pour le petit déjeuner le dernier jour avant mon départ l’aéroport, je n’ai pas pu accéder au petit déjeuner donc je suis parti le ventre vide, car il y avait une grande attente et personne ne pouvait rentrer dans la salle de petit déjeuner. Je trouve cela moyen venant d’un très bel établissement comme celui-ci. Il pourrait y avoir aussi plus de chaises de plage autour de la piscine car nous attendons tous debout . Sinon pour le reste rien à dire le personnel est très gentil. Les chambres sont agréables. La vue était très agréable. Et le personnel est également très gentil et professionnel.

性價比屬於低，深圳區訂$1000至$1200一晚包早餐其實有很多更好的選擇。 入住日期2026年8月1日至8月2日：總體來說職員服務態度良好，但酒店政策、設施欠完善。 缺點一：政策僵化 一行十三人為慶祝母親生日，訂了6間房。跟以往其他入住經驗，試過很多房價比伊敦酒店平一半的酒店為紀念日慶祝，較平價酒店反而主動為壽星提供蛋糕、賀卡甚至精美飾花佈置。相反想要求伊敦酒店為壽星房間提供一枝鮮花佈置也不可以（最後都係美團自己買算數）。雖然酒店不是義務需要提供，但相比過往比它平又能提供貼心佈置服務的酒店就比下去。（例如希爾頓酒店比它平及服務更貼心） 缺點二：酒店設施欠佳 訂了6個房間，3間冷氣不足，其中兩間更需要調房，調完其實房間也不是十分好只是可以接受。有兩間房間沖涼熱水供應不穩，一關水要較久時間才熱。 缺點三：自助早餐座位不足常催促用餐（常詢問是否用餐完結可否交回座位） 早上九位家人用餐，佔用了兩張四人枱。是次用餐約兩小時其間職員問了兩次係咪所有家人已完成用膳（家人有些較早到有些較遲起床），能否交回座位。雖然不是強迫交還座位，但自助早餐時段是7:00-11:00，那我們付了該時段費用不是有權在這間內用餐嗎？為什麼要給職員多次詢問能否拼用一張枱，況且我們只用了約兩小時。 我們一行十三人中有九位訂了包含自助早餐的房間，比較包早餐及不包早餐的房間價錢後發現每位自助早餐價錢約值每位$150。是次9人用餐總共花費約$1350，其實這價錢已可於其他餐廳享用豐盛早餐，而不會需要急趕用餐那樣。 座位不足其實係酒店自己雖要改善的問題，而不是影響顧客應有的用餐時間。
