Very nice place in excellent condition with excellent staff. My only critiques are that due to the design, there is little privacy for the rooms overlooking the pool. If you are on your balcony, you are on display for at least 75% of the other rooms. Also - the heated spa is located on a raised platform in the middle of the area - it seems almost like you're onstage, Any conversations that took place in the spa were distinctly heard on my 5th floor balcony. Since children love the spa, it was quite noisy at times.

I loved this hotel, it was close to the boardwalk and the wharf, prime location. The staff were great and very friendly, and the actual look of the hotel was beautiful, so many stunning details to this hotel. The only downside was that we only stayed one night. I will definitely be back to enjoy the hotel for longer next time.

Overall it was a nice stay. The hotel is beautiful and it’s an amazing location. But for the amount you pay for a room, you can hear everything. I was so excited to sleep in and I was woken up at 6:45 but the upstairs person. Their steps, their kids playing, their conversations. If I’m paying $800 for a room, that shouldn’t be an issue and I should be able to get good rest.

Probably the coolest hotel I’ve stayed at in as far as I can remember. The decor was out of this world! The bed was absolutely fabulous! Loved the little extras (night time surprises on my pillow, cold lavender towels and popsicles by the pool). Couldn’t have asked for a better stay!

Andrew at the reception desk was amazing…he aranged rose petals all over the room and a bottle of Prosecco to celebrate my wife’s birthday when we got back from dinner… I do have a complaint about the woman at the desk out side the low life on Monday morning…we arrived for breakfast at 10:30 and were put on a waiting list she said would be 25 minutes…well we ended up being called for a table at 11:35… I had checked with the hostess about would we still be able to get breakfast…she assured me we would…we ordered breakfast and 10 minutes later a woman who identified herself as the manager notified us “that chef had thrown out the eggs. “ and we could no longer have breakfast and all she could do was say she apologized…I have never been treated so disrespectfully ….
