This hotel has potential, but some design features are poor based on the small space and the building is not DONE so make sure to ask if its done before your stay. I was taken on elevator rides to a side lobby that was incomplete and locked. Scary. I was taken to the Rooftop Bar that was is also not complete yet. There is not one ounce of counter space in your room, the bathrooms or at the lobby desks, I found this such a poor design flaw. We were on the 27th floor and the windows just opened with ease. NO LOCKS. Handles at child reach height to open.
Where this hotel made up for a lot was really nice diverse staff. Keep that up! The beds were comfortable, the linens were nice, they are making good environmental choices, but would I stay again, I don't think so.
