This place is AMAZING! I love the history and the “old time “ feel of it. The manager was so responsive and patient with me. The young lady that cooked breakfast and cleaned the rooms was BEYOND amazing. If you’re ever in the St Joseph area-I give this mansion 6 stars!!!

The building is beautiful. The water pressure is exceptionally low, was an effort to rinse my hair. The breakfast as delicious and the staff kind. The mattress is the Tower room dips in the center.

This was a BEAUTIFULLY restored home! The floors and woodwork were polished to a lustrous shine! The home is tastefully and richly decorated. There was an ambiance of romance and old world charm that we thoroughly enjoyed. We also loved the way they had added the bathroom space into what was a previous closet. Breakfast was delicious and plentiful. The home was exceptionally clean and comfortable! We love late 1800 homes and this one did not disappoint!!!

The inside was beautiful. The outside needed some yard work. The breakfast was fine although he was the only one cooking and serving. Took a little time but the food was good. Not good for anyone with walking problems.
