Room was great with nice updated beds and bedding. Self check in was a bit difficult and convoluted, but we figured it out in the end.

Really enjoyed my overnight stay. I liked the online check-in, quick & easy. The room was very clean and had everything I needed. Bed was comfortable. Good pricing, and a good place for breakfast nearby.

8/10 Very good

The room was quite comfortable and the air conditioning worked very well. My only complaint was that i requested a ground level unit that displayed a larger size refrigerator in the pictures. I ended up with a second level unit with a mini fridge. It was a work trip that i had a lot of refrigerated and frozen items and a large cooler that i did not want to have to cart up the stairs. Also i had to buy dry ice to keep my frozen items which was inconvenient. Other than that hiccup it was a good stay.

A very unique inn. Don't expect pomp. It's clean, comfortable, and quirky. Great communication. Easy check in and check out. It all started with "Howdy".

We’ve stayed at several places in Thermop. This is by far the best! Cleanest/ most updated for sure. We were downstairs and it was noisy from the upstairs people. But we would definitely stay again- Upstairs!!!! Thanks!!

This place does NOT have a lobby or staff on premises Everything is handled like an Airbnb. Beds were very uncomfortable, walls are thin and you can hear every step if you have upstairs neighbors! Nice massage chairs in the log building on premises. We couldn’t get the WiFi to work…

Home Sweet Home

From the moment we arrived Ashley was above and beyond helpful. She was amazing. Told us all the good spots to see while we were here. The owner also accommodated to our requests. We loved this Hotel. You have everything you need within steps of location. We will be back for sure.

A little underwhelmed

The first thing that hit me when we walked into our room was the smell of pee, carpets definitely need to be replaced . Beds were clean and comfortable as was the bathroom. Room that was separate from front room was a nice touch. Thought it was pricey for what you got.

Check in by text only. Office not staffed. No ice, no coffee maker (instant coffee using microwave). Room was clean.

6/10 Good

You get what you pay for. The room was good sized and clean, but the first thing you notice is that on top of the neatly folded towels are two sets of earplugs. This motel is right on the main drag and there’s no getting away from the jake brakes on the semis as they rumble through town. Also, there’s no front desk or personnel at the motel, so any problems are addressed by calling a number that sometimes doesn’t pick up. There is a “Wellness Room” with a sauna and massage chairs, but our room code didn’t work to get in and I didn’t get a return call until after we checked out. Also, the TV doesn’t even have basic cable, so unless you want to stream something on your own app, don’t plan on watching anything. So, again, if you want a night’s sleep in a clean bed go ahead, but if you want to remember Thermopolis fondly, best to stay at one of the hot springs motels.
