The staff were super friendly, the hotel was clean and even smelled nice. There is free drinking water on site, with the heat it is much appreciated. The rooms were comfortable, a good size, and clean. The area was very walkable. Overall, one of the best hotel stays I’ve had in a while. Would definitely recommend and go back if I’m in the area again.

This was a great place to stay. Close the museum and not far from the downtown Bentonville area as well. The staff could not have been more helpful. We had good exchanges with multiple people at the front desk and without fail they were very hospitable and helpful. The bed was very good. Everything was clean. No offensive odors. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would stay there again.

Nearly perfect hotel stay. Staff was very friendly, particularly the young lady at the front desk. Food and vibe was great at the rooftop bar. Would stay here again. The only negative - loud, intermittent traffic noise kept me up past midnight on the side of building my room was on. Fan in room did not overcome Jake breaks and motorcyles etc in my second floor room. Odd because hotel seemed to be in a very quiet area. Truly a wonderful property, safe area I would just make request next time for a room facing another side.

Beautiful. Clean. Quiet. Comfortable bed. Plenty of towns. Only down side was the room wasn't ready at checkin.

I was there for the Big Sugar gravel ride, and the staff was so accommodating - let me keep my bike in my room and also let me clean up and change in a locker room area after I'd checked out. It was convenient to bike to the start on the pathway. Also, I noticed (too late to use!) the bike wash station outside. I didn't have a chance to use all of the facilities, restaurant, etc. but it all seemed great.

Plugs are word on night stands. Don’t always work, bathroom faucet sprays water in clothes when turned in due to how water lashes the drain. Shower head is way too far back. If nit washing hair, it’s almost impossible to not get it wet. New and beautiful just seems like there’s some engineer flaws. NO room service. Only roof top restaurant open. Breakfast sub par for the price. Food not warm. Service was amazing though. Would have loved to have eaten more there after long day without leaving room. Hated that I had to order DoorDash. I can do that at home. Very clean ! Great coffee. Live the water stations in halls.

This is an amazingly beautiful hotel. Wonderful staff and a really cool rooftop restaurant with delicious food. The bed was a little uncomfortable and the bathroom privacy in the room was not great.

The room was very comfortable, with a fantastic bathroom and exceptional bedding. The pillows were plush yet still malleable, and the room was also reasonably quiet. I faced the street, and while there was occasional noise from the hall and outside, it was never too disruptive. The air conditioner sound was not disturbing, though the thermostat seemed to sometimes have a mind of its own. My one huge disappointment was with the service. Because Bentonville largely shuts down early on Saturday night, I was unable to find dinner downtown after 9, which was VERY frustrating. Fortunately, the hotel's rooftop restaurant was open until midnight. I went upstairs at 9:30 hoping to grab a meal, only to be turned away. The employee at the front explained that their “system was down” and that they had therefore closed, despite the kitchen and bar still being staffed. I explained that I was a guest and offered to charge the meal to my room or pay cash. Nevertheless, I was told there was no way they could serve anyone. While I understand that a tech issue can create complications, it was very disappointing. Accommodating a guest under those circumstances would have required some flexibility, but that is precisely the kind of service one expects from a property of this caliber. They weren’t even very busy to start. The experience came across as impersonal and unaccommodating—and ultimately left me going to bed hungry. Not just for dinner, but for a little more hospitality.

Stayed for UARK parents weekend. So much to offer within the hotel and within walking distance. Downtown Bentonville is incredible and the drive back and forth from Fayetteville was a cinch. Will definitely stay there again and again and again.
