Vi bodde i ett av de större rummen vilket innebar utsikt åt flera håll. Vilken utsikt!! Fantastisk upplevelse! Fint hotell med helt ok läge centralt. Hotellets egna café var riktigt bra med både for mat och dryck, rekommenderas ett besök dit. Frukosten kunde vi varit utan, hade inte så mycket alternativ och kaffet var riktigt illa. Fin takterrass där utsikten var fantastisk men drinkarna var inte drickbara, inte ens de klassiska. Poolen fin men liten och få platser, vatten kändes grumligt kanske använde de inte klor utan något annat.

Hotel was still under construction. I booked for its location and roof pool but when I went up to enjoy it they had fool construction being done with lots of construction noise and construction debris. View was nice but lasted 20 minutes with all the racket. Restaurant was good with good local breakfast included. Service over all was decent but not spectacular. Location wasn’t bad for day trips but better to stay on sea side for walking porpoises. But awesome on the weekend for dragon bridge display.

The Caro is outstanding, the best I have stayed at in Da Nang - it will unquestionably be our first choice hotel whenever we return to Da Nang. The rooms are exceptional - clean, crisp, dry, and fresh. The bed was very comfortable with high-quality sheets, and the bathroom had excellent hot water pressure. The whole room is spotless throughout, and the space smells fresh, dry, and clean, adding to the overall sense of comfort and quality. The hospitality is exceptional, with consistently high standards across every aspect of the stay. Service is warm, friendly, professional, and delivered with genuine care, creating a welcoming, seamless, and truly memorable experience from start to finish. A very special mention must go to Hee, who was outstanding throughout our stay and demonstrated a remarkable natural talent for hospitality. The reception staff were friendly and enthusiastic. The room was beautiful and clean, with a view overlooking the river and the Dragon Bridge. The location was very convenient, and everything exceeded my expectations. I will definitely choose to stay here again if I return to Da Nang.

Really enjoyed my stay at Caro. Cute little (in comparison to the other huge ones in the area) boutique-ish hotel. Location was great. A short walk from the night market and the dragon bridge. A bit further away from the main area with restaurants, had to get a grab but can easily be walked too. The rooms were nice and clean. Bathroom is a dimly lit, for the aesthetic I’m sure. Beds were comfy, some and AC was pretty strong. TBH, some days I didn’t want to leave the room. The view of the rooftop pool was sooo nice as well. Gym was quite small but it seems they are still improving that space. The staff was also really nice and helpful. Will consider staying here again if I am in the area.

This hotel is exceptional! Super comfortable bed/linen. The location is also great for exploring Da Nang city center. You can see both the dragon bridge and Han river bridge from the river view room. We were able to watch the dragon bridge fire/water show from our balcony. The hotel is new with many thoughtful designs (sleep mode, zen mode, and Japanese smart toilet). The best out of the 3 hotels we stayed at between Da Nang and Hoi An.

Caro Premium is a very well-kept property. The location was perfect for my needs - close to restaurants, walking distance to the Night Market and the most beautiful riverside view. I stayed in 1401, the grand suite, with almost 180 degree views & a quiet corner area. The technology in the room is top-notch, with many switches for lighting & comfort. The breakfast is superb - with a good variety & the option to add made-to-order items. The staff really goes above and beyond with service and even though the hotel is in the middle of the city, there is zero noise. I gave 4-stars only for a miscommunication with my very late check-in, though Mien came to the rescue and found a room for me to shower/rest until the next day when i checked into the room I booked originally. The entire property is very clean and the decor is very nice. They even gave me a takeaway box for breakfast when i had an esrly tour. I would 100% stay here again when I'm in Da Nang.

The hotel had only been open 7 months when we stayed so it was in fantastic shape. We booked a pricier room which put our room on a higher floor away from street noise and included a wonderful view of city center that lights up brilliantly at night. Breakfast was included with our room and had a great spread of local Vietnamese and western cuisine. The rooftop infinity pool and bar is small but has a great view of the city. Happy hour is buy 2 get 1 free and had local craft beer on tap. The staff was fabulous, especially Mr. Huy Nguyen, who booked us a private driver to Hue using the scenic Hai Van pass. We stopped at the summit to take photos and have a drink. That area is very busy and i couldnt find my driver. Mr. Huy Nguyen was able to help me find my driver when i texted him for help. I got lost, no fault of the driver who was parked exactly where we stopped. Oveall the hotel was a great experience and the staff made it memorable.
