Had a 4 night stay and just wanted to highlight the problems with the shower I had from day one and the lack of urgency to resolve the problem during my stay. Tried to take my first shower and there was no water pressure. It was a small trickle. Worst of all, there was a problem with the water temperature which self-fluctuates from very hot to cold every minute. You either have to take a cold shower or risk getting first degree burns. I reported this to the people that were managing the property and they sent a Handyman over the next day. He seemed to check the water pressure but didn’t seem to be concerned about the water temperature issue. His explanation about the water pressure was that too many people in the building were using the water at the same time. So, I guess it’s a game of luck? I reported the temperature issue for a second time after finding it was not resolved. Was then advised that a technician needs to inspect the problem. And was advised this was an “unforseen problem”. But for reasons unknown, they were unable to have this resolved immediately. I instead had to continue dealing with the issue until I checked out. What was disappointing is that there was no offer of compensation either. Only a apology and no action.
