Leider sind wir im alten Teil, ohne Lift, untergebracht worden. Wir sind ü70 und haben leichte Probleme mit Treppensteigen. Wenns geht nicht die Zimmer mit 300'er und 500'er Nummer vergeben, sonst war alles zu unserer Zufriedenheit.

Das Frühstücksbuffet war eher „mager“.zu wenig Pwrsonal zum Nachfüllen. Rührei und Spiegelei werden nicht angeboten; aber wurde suf Anfrage hin geliefert! Sehr nettes Personal beim Frühstück (ein junger Mann musste alles alleine machen und war dementsprechend im Stress, aber trotzdem sehr zuvorkommend! Preis Leistung für das Zimmer alleine: naja… kleines Zimmer, aber gut geschlafen! Das Frühstücksbuffet hat noch Potential nach oben! Alles in allem trotzdem ein gemütlicher Aufenthalt! Gartenterrasse ist top👍

Wir hatten kein teures Zimmer, da war die Erwartung auch nicht hoch. Das Positive zuerst: freundliches Personal, super Cappuccino, Hunde im Speisesaal zum Frühstücken erlaubt. Neutral: Zimmer selber sauber Nicht so gut: abgewohnt und abgewetzter Teppich im Flur,, Zimmer absolut t im Off unter dem Dach, letztes Fensterputzen schon lange her, nur auf einer Seite ein Nachttisch bei eigentlich einem Doppelbett, unglaublich hellhörig, der Zimmernachbar war bei uns schnarchend präsent. Und dafür kann das Hotel nichts: Nachts um 02:00 war für ca. 20 Minuten ein Lärmterror auf dem Flur einen Stock tiefer.

Das Hotel war sehr sauber, das Frühstück super und das Personal sehr freundlich. Wir waren 6 Nächte dort, zwecks Verwandschaftsbesuchen. Das Weisse Kreuz ist ein guter Ort um die überteuerten Hotels in Bern zu meiden.

Im Hotelportal heißt es keine Parkplätze auf dem Unterkunftgelände. Ein Grund nicht dort zu übernachten. 5-6 Parkplätze direkt vor dem Hotel-Restaurant,sowie ein sehr großer hinter dem Hotel

Alles sehr gut! Sehr freundlich und auch das Zimmer voll in Ordnung. Auch das Frühstück war sehr lecker und frisch und der frische Orangensaft war ganz lecker. Die Lage ist hervorragend. Wir kommen nächstes Jahr wieder über den Jahreswechsel.

Excellent breakfast, friendly staff, good parking in underground garage with easy access to hotel. It’s in a great location with numerous small shops and ga couple of grocery stores nearby. Within walking distance of train terminal. Key was attached to a large heavy ball keychain, although unique, carrying around a heavy ball is not desirable, I hope they make a small change and eliminate that keychain at some point in the near future.

Perfekter Kurztrip mit Familie

Das Restaurant im alten Gasthaus hat sehr viel Charme, das Frühstück war gemütlich und reichhaltig. Die Zimmer im Anbau waren sauber und moderner eingerichtet als es das Gebäude und das Treppenhaus von aussen erscheinen liessen. Service sehr angenehm und freundlich. Das Hotel hat kostenlose Parkplätze in einer Tiefgarage mit direktem Zugang zum Hotel, sehr praktisch!
