There was mould in the bathroom, no towels (were provided once we advised them of the issue). As it was above the pub it was difficult to climb the back stairs with luggage, both arriving and departing. Whilst there was a kettle and coffee/tea, there was only one cup. It took nearly 20 minutes for the hot water to reach the room. Overall very disappointed in this Hotel/Motel. The staff was friendly and helpful, but the faciluties is what lets it down.

I was on the top floor & the room was very small compared to the ones downstairs. Toilet didn't flush very well. Bell chimes woke me up every morning at 7am, so wasn't able to get a sleepin. thee was no microwave so I asked management if there was a spare one lying around & he said that he could arrange for one for me. that didn't happened. Very disappointed with the place & won't be staying there again.

The room needed a lot done to it , the carpets were disgusting with holes in them. The freezer of the fridge was so heavy in ice . The room was so hot the air conditioning hardly worked . We went down to have some breakfast that was advertised from 7 Am Till 10 am , what a joke we was informed no breakfast will be done you will have to go elsewhere. Definitely would not recommend staying here . Very disappointed. fridge was full of ice. It was disgraceful. The room was so hot when we entered the air-conditioner barely made a difference and then they advertise breakfast and when we went down gentlemen said no we don’t have breakfast here.
