This hotel stay was the perfect ending to a great cruise on the NCL Aqua. We cancelled a first class flight and decided to drive up the coast and stay a night in Charleston SC. We really enjoyed the size and comfort of this room. The hotel was located right across the street from the Tanger Outlets and other nearby activities didn't lack variety either. The front desk staff, Teresa, who checked us in around midnight was cheerful and pleasant. We awoke to thunderstorms so it was wonderful to chat with Margaret with her sunny personality in the breakfast area while I enjoyed some fresh hot coffee.

Right across from all the shopping! The front desk customer service was absolutely amazing. I wish I remembered the lady's name but when we checked in she was very friendly.
