Have stayed here twice, perfectly situated close to city centre. Only small details for perfect. Weak morning coffe and too warm rooms even when outside temperature is low.

Wishes added prior to reservation were not read and not met at all. Wine gum candy on the floor upon arrival to the room. No floor cleaning during stay, as candy leftovers were still on the floor. No refill of toilet paper. "Room for improvement". Apart from that good location and nice staff.

Fint rum med balkong. Trevlig personal. Skönt att kunna parkera bilen i garaget under hotellet. Nära centrum med affärer och restauranger. Tyvärr ingen AC på rummet. Frukosten ok.

Vi fik et værelse i den gamle del af hotellet, og det var desværre en skuffelse. Indretningen var kold, værelsesdøren og gangen var uden støjdæmpning. Det gav en del støj, når dørene blev lukket rundt omkring. Vinduerne lukkede næsten ingen trafikstøj ude, så der var meget larm fra vejen det meste af natten. Hvis du skal bo her, så sørg for at få et værelse i den nye del. Det mest chokerende var dog, at en fremmed mand åbnede døren til vores værelse kl. 02.15, fordi hotellets system fejlagtigt viste rummet som ledigt. Vi sprang chokerede ud af sengen og fik ham ud. Han blev vist lige så chokeret som os. Det er helt uacceptabelt. Vi fik en halvhjertet undskyldning fra natreceptionisten og senere om morgenen en lige så tam én fra chefen. Hotellet er centralt placeret, og kun få minutters gang fra Rote str. Morgenmadsbuffet på det jævne. Vi prøver et andet hotel næste gang vi besøger Flensborg.

Hotellet var allmänt okej! Stor glipa under dörren så man hör allt utanför!! Rummen är väldigt smutsiga! De slarvar med städningen! Fullt med dammråttor under sängarna! Duschväggen var också smutsig. Vi bad om få ett nytt rum men det andra rummet var också lika smutsigt!! Bad personalen på morgonen prata med chefen. Men fick tyvärr inte göra!!!
