Access to the beach is good. Enjoyed it without driving other beaches which has problems to park

8/10 Very good

The staff were fantastic, the breakfast was good and they had various additional activities for the kids. My only criticism was the mattresses were very uncomfortable and the continental breakfast for an early checkout was poor with only some slices bread, ham and cheese on offer with no pastries or cereal on offer.

Location near beaches, coves, shops, bars and restaurants. View from our pool view balcony was amazing overlooking the bay. Room servicing was excellent. Hotel bar by the pool is very quiet and has the most amazing views of the bay also.

10/10 Exceptional

Great location, great room!!!! Door lock had an issue, fixed but had to slam all week. Front desk staff not great. Asked for an extra night and was told to wait to the following day as reservation staff had gone home. Be aware there is no early or late food or drinks and they invalidate your room key before the 11 am checkout

6/10 Good

The food choices was terrible. Too much pork, these days lots of people do not eat pork. the meat on the grill was mixed !!! Breakfast was mediocre. Water not provided at dinner which was awful ! no tea or coffee either with half board !!!! Pool way too small for the amount of guests. Overall I would give you a 2 out of 5

Perfect Hotel close to beach and shopping street with plenty of restaurants, local shops and stores. Close to the hotel it is a amusementpark for the kids (and adults).

Nice family hotel. The rooms are quite nice with the balcony and kitchenette, so we don’t have to spend all the time in restaurants. Well located, nice pools, chairs, nice beach. I would go again.

Very nice hotel in great surroundings and great that you could just walk down and jump in the big ocean as clear as a swimmingpool. Easy to find and very good location in relation to restaurants etc.

Great place to stay

Fantastic apartments in a great location, very clean, very comfortable. We stayed b&b and there was a good selection of breads, cooked breakfast, fruit, yogurt and cereals. There was also pancakes or waffles with sauces.

Great stay!

Fabulous hotel! Right on a beautiful beach, with a lovely pool, the hotel is great for family’s! Other beaches were a quick 5/10 minute walk and center 15 minute walk max! Bus services are easy to navigate and stop right outside the hotel, but mostly everything is within walking distance! The staff were also great! Sonia who checked us in was informative, warm and very friendly! Would definitely recommend this hotel!

It was perfect. The hotel photos don’t do it justice and it is so family orientated. The kids had a ball it was perfect Adults well catered for too.

6/10 Good

Comfortable hotel in a very touristy environment . Staff not very welcoming (especially restaurants by the pool). Limited comfort in pool/beach . Beaches are nice but Town setting is tourist shops only.. need to drive 20/40 Minutes to reach nice local town

My stay was amazing, barring a misunderstanding when I arrived. The property was perfect and right on the beach, pools were great and the entertainment fantastic. There were plenty of restaurants and a short 10 minute walk into Cala D’Or central. Definitely recommend.
