Lovely stay , good sized room and bathroom. Clean and cosy . Very welcoming staff and an amazing breakfast. One thing I noticed was the gutters on the garden rooms needs cleaning or you will have damp damage.

4/10 Fair

I will say that the restaurant staff were amazing and the food was great. Unfortunately that's where the good things ended. I paid for a king sized room but was down graded because the toilet didn't work. I Wasn't offered an upgrade or any compensation for the down grade. The new room I was given had a leaky shower and both bedside lights must have come from a 90s night club because the couldn't stop strobing. Good thing I didn't have epilepsy. Is just glad I was only staying over night

Convenient hotel just off the M9. Friendly staff and dinner and breakfast was good. Plenty of parking available. Negatives for me were the elevator being out of action and although it just 2 floors I found it difficult to get upstairs with my suitcase. Also outdoor furniture and area was a little tired. These details wouldn’t stop me from staying again.

Although a little dated the property was clean and the staff were absolutely superb. The Cooks pub serving food was excellent and the staff that worked in there were extremely friendly, can’t recommend there enough.

8/10 Very good

The hotel is in an ideal location to walk to the nearby Kelpies or Falkirk football club. Staff are excellent all very friendly and helpful. My only complaint is about the shower the water pressure was pathetic and one night there was no hot water. Food at Cooks was excellent and definitely worth going back for that alone.

One of the best hotels we’ve ever stayed at. Really polite staff and the hotel was spotlessly clean. An ideal base for visiting Edinburgh, the Kelpies and the Falkirk wheel.
