This boutique hotel is in a prime location close to most attractions and shopping. The room was very nice and had a large patio. The price was a bit high, but considering the location it is expected. We loved having the jetted whirlpool tub and balcony patio. After long days of walking, you will appreciate the jetted tub for 2 and the large patio with loungers, table n chairs to relax in at night. We walked down the street and bought some alcohol for our room. It was a very safe and quiet area. They have a restaurant across the alley. Free breakfast is included. Nice breakfast. Cappuccino, orange juice, ham, eggs and toast! The servers were wonderful! For the price it was very well worth it! We will be back.

The room is sparkling clean with new renovation. The location is great, walk distance to Spanish steps and fountain. All the shopping brand stores are surrounding but quiet. The check in at the restaurant which next to the property, and the breakfast in the restaurant. The elevator is special which is tiny and manually open/close the door. Very recommend the property! Especially the host Serena whom always answers our questions!
