Nice spa hotel with plenty of activities

The room was clean and generally comfortable, but there was no proper air-conditioning. This is normally not an issue in Finland, but there happened to be very warm weather during our stay. The service was friendly and breakfast met our expectations. There is a nice spa in the hotel and many other indoor or outdoor activities available in the hotel and the surrounding area.

Nicely located by the lake, great view and options to explore the surroundings One of the best hotel gyms I've ever seen!!! The multiple training areas really offer most bells and whistles one can ask for! Breakfast was great and plentyful, baked beans would be a nice add on though Economy rooms are rather like accommodation in a youth hostel: a bit worn, linoleum flooring in the main and bathroom; piping in the bathroom is exposed; rather functional than fancy which was a bit unexpected in a spa hotel Multiple saunas available but no relaxing/reclining areas to rest and read in between sauna sessions I would come back but opt for a better room. Also a relaxing area for the sauna is a must which I hope will be added in the near future.

Thinner walls than u can imagine. Uncomfortable if you’re about to go to the bed without earplugs before 10pm especially on weekends i guess. Dunno if its only a problem when staying on the 1st floor. Room were strongly stuck at 1980s. Alltho spa was nice, kids love it atleast.

Mentiin aamiaselle ensimmäisellä aamulla. Oli iso aamiainen buffet. Ympäristön sisustus oli niinkuin 80-luvulla. Ruoka oli syötävää. Ihmisiä ja perheitä oli ja lapset juoksentelivat ympäri, mikä teki siitä ärsyttävää. Muuten oli keskivertainen aamianen. Jos haluatte paremman aamupalan ja sängyn, älkää ottako kylpylä paikka jos ette kestä lapsia ja metelia aamusin.

Virkelig træls oplevelse. Bestilte en "alpehytte med havudsigt". Fik et værelse på 3. sal i en betonbygning med "udsigt til et skur og minigolf". Personalet ville ikke hjælpe med at ændre værelse til et af de øvrige med havudsigt. Hotellet var i øvrigt tomt og bar præg af manglende besøgende pga grænselukning mod øst, hvilket betyder at turisterne udebliver. Personalet kunne nemt have ændret til et andet værelse, idet hele den bygning vi boede i var tom (der var INGEN gæster). I restauranten bestilte jeg en creme brulee til dessert. De havde ikke noget at smelte sukkeret med, så de varmede en ske på komfuret og lagde ovenpå desserten for at smelte sukkerlaget (fortalte tjeneren). Ganske sikkert fint for børnefamilier, der vil i vandland - men ikke som forretningshotel

Huone oli selkeästi uusimisen tarpeessa - vanhanaikainen, joskin kohtuullisessa kunnossa. Henkilökunta oli erittäin ystävällistä, tästä iso plussa!😊 Sunnuntaina lähes kaikki palvelut (mm. keilaus, minigolf jne) olivat kiinni, tästä iso miinus. Kylpylä oli kuitenkin oikein hyvä ja pelasti viikonlopun.
