Room was dirty - big brown stain under th bed. Was almost impossible to get cleaning under a 5 days stay. Air con was not working - when we told the reception, they said we should open a window. Buckets for people to throw up scattered over the entire hotel. No idea how the ratings of this place are so good ? Never ever again.

Das Zimmer hatte von der Sauberkeit her ein paar Mängel. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend, sowohl an der Rezeption als auch Bar. Über das Frühstuck können wir auch nur Gutes berichten. Es war sehr vielfältig, so dass jeder was finden konnte.

Im Zimmer roch es nach Abfluss und kaltem Zigarettenrauch, auch andere Gäste waren deswegen am Empfang. Küche bis 22 Uhr geöffnet, um 21:40 wurden wir abgewiesen. Frühstück okay, aber zu teuer. Mitarbeiter immer nett und gut drauf.

Zimmer nicht riesig, aber völlig ausreichend. Zimmer soweit sauber, alles da, was man braucht. Für 1-2 Nächte passt es, wenn man eine günstige Unterkunft mit guter Anbindung sucht. Personal war freundlich, nicht aufdringlich aber auch nicht übermäßig zuvorkommend. Wir würden wiederkommen und das Hotel für eine Nacht buchen.

Für eine Übernachtung nach einem Konzert habe ich und meine Schwester dieses Hotel gebucht. Das Hotel liegt direkt neben der Stadtbahn Haltestelle und damit nur wenige Minuten vom Hauptbahnhof in Stuttgart entfernt. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich, auch am Frühstück wird man stets gegrüßt. Das Zimmer ist ausreichend ausgestattet, die Milchglastür zum Duschraum empfanden wir unpraktisch und ein Waschbecken auf dem seperaten WC wäre nützlich gewesen. Für unseren Trip war das Zimmer aber ausreichend und gut ausgestattet. Das Frühstück ist vergleichbar mit anderen bllig Ketten. Wobei das Rührei hier sehr gut schmeckt. Es gibt ebenfalls viele Müslis und vegane Alternativen. Persönlich empfanden wir aber 18 Euro für das Frühstück überhöht. Wir würden das Premier Inn bei einem guten Angebot aber wieder buchen.

Wir haben uns von Anfang an wohl gefühlt Angefangen von der Anmedung an der Rezeption sehr nettes freundliches und kompetentes Personal. Saubere Empangshalle nett eingerichtet. Sehr schönes Zimmer kleines Manko der Teppichboden müsste mal grundgereinigt werden etwas Fleckig aber nicht abwertend für den Rest des Zimmers. Frühstück wurde angeboten haben wir jedoch nicht in Anspruch genommen, dafür jedoch die Happy Hour an der Bar sehr gemütlich und nettes Personal. Also alles rundum sehr sehr gut gewesen bei dem Aufenthalt in Ihrem Hotel kommen gerne und bestimmt nochmal in Ihr Hotel zum Übernachten Nochmal vielen lieben Dank vor allem an das sehr gut geschulte und nette Personal Lg
