The view of Seoraksan was amazing from my room! It was completely worth it. The room was warm in the winter, clean (brand new everything), and bed was very comfortable. I loved the ondol and double balcony doors to keep out cold air and traffic noise. The staff were very friendly, and they provided fresh towels and water every day without being asked. They did not have to do housekeeping every day and you can request the time when they do clean. It was nice to not be disturbed. The only thing was the hallway noise was very noticeable, but at night generally everyone was quiet. This hotel is the only tall building in the bus terminal area so the views again are amazing!

We had booked two rooms for our family of 5. As of a stay of 3 nights, you get cleaning of the room. All other days you received fresh towels and complementary water bottles, which we considered a great service. Rooms are spacious and clean. Hotel is located close to the beach, restaurants and convenience stores. Free parking is included and is handled really smooth through license plate recognition so you can easily re-enter the parking lot. Great experience!

신식건물이라 전반적으로 깨끗했고 숙소위치 룸의 크기나 침대등 배치는 좋았습니다. 앞 공영주차장도 가깝고 좋았습니다. 그러나 보이는 곳의 청소만 대충했지 창틀 실외 카펫등의 청결이 좀 아쉬웠습니다. 로비에서 체크인시 직원들의 응대가 친절하다는 느낌보다 기계적이고 의무적이었다는 생각이 많이 들었으며(웃는 직원들이 하나도 없었음/로봇 같았음)손님(게스트)이 없었을 때 휴대폰을 계속 보고 있는 모습이 보기 좋지 않았습니다. 손님이 로비에 들어오자 마자 인사는 기본인데 호텔리어분들 대부분이 친절하진 않으셨어요. 한 여자분 호텔리어분은 아예 인사도 안 하시고 엘리베이터 동승 탑승시 주머니 사이에 담배가 보여 프로의식이 없다는 생각 들었습니다. 담배는 개인취향이나 개인 가방이나 사무함에 넣어두면 더 좋았겠다는 생각이 들었습니다. 아이들과 동반여행이었는데 아아들에게 보여지는 모습 또한 모범적이지 못했구요. 룸 앞 카펫이 곰팡이 핀지 오래 되었던데 그 부분도 관리소홀 지적대상입니다. 2025년 완공된 것으로 아는데 관리 상태가 아쉽습니다. 룸 안도 주인의식을 갖고 청소를 해야하는데 베란다 창문을 열다가 창틀 먼지를 보고 너무 많아 놀랐습니다. 40분이상 청소하느라 화가 났었습니다. 보이는 곳만 청소를 하셨더라구요. 제가 하고 싶은 말은 단순한 컴플레인이 아닙니다. 저는 여행을 많이 하는 사람입니다. 국내외 많은 호텔을 몇 십년째 다니는 여행가입니다. 몇 십년된 호텔도 관리만 잘 하면 청결하며 고풍스러운 느낌이 있습니다. 그러나 이 호텔은 신식임에도 불구하고 그런점이 없습니다. 호텔ㅈ직원분들 모두가 호텔리어/메이드분들 모두가 주인의식을가지고 일해야 합니다. 속초에 너무 좋은 곳에 위치한 4성급 신식 호텔이 2년 조금 넘었는데, 이 정도 청결이라면 앞으로가 더 걱정되어 여행 많이 하는 경험자로서 조언 드리는 겁니다, 내가 주인이다 생각하고 호텔을 더 아끼는 마음으로 일해 주세요. 그걸 바라는 마음으로 길게 말씀 드립니다. 다음번에 속초여행을 가면 더 나아 졌기를 바래봅니다.

도보특가 주의!!! 호텔 지하 주차가 2시간만 무료! 도보 10분거리... 대박문어유통 앞 주차장에 다시 차를 주차해야 했음. 체크인때 이메일을 확인해달라고 해서 당황.. 예약된 내용을 캡처해두면 더 좋을듯.. 시설은 깨끗하고 프론트 직원들도 친절하고 좋았음! 15층 배정받았는데 뷰는 나쁘지 않았고 가끔침대 헤드쪽에 옆방에서 몇번 쿵쿵 소리가 나서 자다 깼음.

도보로 가능한 식당과 볼거리가 있다. 청결하다. 도보특가에 묵었는데 이마트 근처 외부주차장이 적당한 거리에 있고 자리가 넉넉해서 이용하기 편했다.
