We had booked two rooms for our family of 5. As of a stay of 3 nights, you get cleaning of the room. All other days you received fresh towels and complementary water bottles, which we considered a great service. Rooms are spacious and clean. Hotel is located close to the beach, restaurants and convenience stores. Free parking is included and is handled really smooth through license plate recognition so you can easily re-enter the parking lot. Great experience!

The view of Seoraksan was amazing from my room! It was completely worth it. The room was warm in the winter, clean (brand new everything), and bed was very comfortable. I loved the ondol and double balcony doors to keep out cold air and traffic noise. The staff were very friendly, and they provided fresh towels and water every day without being asked. They did not have to do housekeeping every day and you can request the time when they do clean. It was nice to not be disturbed. The only thing was the hallway noise was very noticeable, but at night generally everyone was quiet. This hotel is the only tall building in the bus terminal area so the views again are amazing!

Very close to Sokcho beach. And the express bus stop. Easy quick walk to the number 7 bus to soraksan. Quick Uber ride to Abai Village, sokcho fish market or the intercity bus station. Room was nice. Wish they had hooks for towels and such. Massive closet but only four clothes hangers. Gave free water everyday. I highly recommend.

Stand out was the room sound deadening. The buffet breakfast was Asian buffet but had the most choice out of any of the Hotels we stayed in Korea. Happy to stay here again

Great hotel close to the beach and express bus terminal. It was easy to catch the bus to the park but equally Ubers are plentiful and a cheap way to get around.

Hotel is a new building with fresh, comfortable, and modern setting. Howevervtheir address in the hotel.com is outdated wasting the taxi fare and carrying around suitcases on the street for 30 minutes. When we mentioned about this issue and suggested to update the address number for future guests upon the arrival, the front desk staff was so cold responding "it is not their responsibility for foreign web site: In spite of cleen bedsheet and comfortable beds it was totally sleepless night because of the mosquitos in the room making sounds and biting all night. Found mosquito spray in the deep corner of the closet just before checking out. We wish we were informed by the front desk the existence of mosquito spray in the room during the check-in. 6 am check-oiut staff in the reception was so kind and helpful; however, 2 pm staff in the front desk was extremely cold and unprofessional repeating their rule that we were not allowed to use one simple local call to call a taxi. The hotel could be a great hotel with the improvement of reception staff!'s more friendly and informative attitude.

시설은 전반적으로 깨끗하고 서비스도 좋습니다. 다만 객실청소는 퇴실의 경우에만 이루어지고 타월 과 생수만 교체해 주네요, 요청하면 청소를 별도로 해 주는지는 모르겠어요. 조식 식당은 큰편이고 식사는 보통 수준이며 셀프 퇴식처리 해야 합니다. 트윈룸에 묵었는데 옷방이 있고 크네요, 근데 거울이 없어서 불편하고 옷방을 크게 할 이유가 있나 싶어요. 객실이 많아서 엘리베이터 가 항시 붐비는편이고 지하주차장이 적어서 외부 별도 주차장을 이용해야 합니다. 가성비가 괜찮은 편이고 관리는 잘 되는 편입니다.1층에 세븐일레븐이 있어서 편리 합니다.
