Only stayed over night due to an unplanned stop in Sapporo and didn't have time to check out everything. The room looked clean. Was able to upgrade from a standard double to twin for 2000 yen. I like the face that amenities are available in the lobby to pick up target getting placed in hotel rooms. Pyjamas provided. Free water next to the lists. Location excellent. Was able to get a queits night sleep. Did not try out breakfast, did not try our the public bath on offer as I was in a hurry to leave the next day.

Great hotel centrally located - only a short walk from Sapporo Station. The rooftop bath was really welcome after a long journey to Japan. The breakfast buffet was also a highlight - especially the soup curry bar. We had three people so paying for a slightly larger room and a higher floor was worth the small upcharge. I had a great stay at Cross Hotel Sapporo. The location was excellent, situated between Susukino and Sapporo JR Station, making it easy to get around the city. Everything we wanted to see, do, and eat was within close proximity. The hotel itself was very nice, clean, and comfortable. The daily breakfast was excellent and a great way to start each day before exploring Sapporo. What stood out was the staff. Everyone was very friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. Their service made the experience even better. I would definitely stay at Cross Hotel Sapporo again and will be coming back on my next visit to Sapporo.
