Excellent location in historic Old Town. Very quiet, beautiful building, though the beds could be updated. Be sure to have self check-in information (access code and instructions) sent to you prior to arrival. The front desk is locked and unattended, and getting through via telephone was impossible.

Traditional accommodation. Very big room and bathroom, needed a fridge as self catering, later found out they could supply if requested. 2 water bottles supplied in the room with coffee, creamer pots, sugar and fruit teas. Shampoo sachets and soap bar supplied. Towels supplied. Entrance to hotel is same entrance as the Escape room. Reception at the back. On the main high street and about 5 minutes to main square. If you go out of hotel and turn right, walk down a but there is a cafe, has displays in the front that shows big cakes and deserts, it does breakfast which we had every morning. Try the polish breakfast, good value for money, toasted sandwiches really good as well.

Great place to stay rooms were comfortable and clean definitely will use again great location great communication when I did message only thing that needs to change is somewhere to store luggage though they did let us use the room until 1 pm to store luggage but need a room for a bit longer as we had a evening flight but don’t let that put you off

The location was excellent and the apartment was quaint and lovely. It’s right in the middle of everything but still quiet at nights. The bathroom did let it down slightly, but the biggest issue is that the room isn’t serviced. With a family of four for three nights this meant that the rubbish bin was overflowing. It would have been good if even just the rubbish bin was emptied.

Very nice and clean room , location perfect The only one thing with I didn’t like was that there was no reception and in the description front desk should be available from 8AM to 8PM it could be a bit problematic to someone who arrived to krakow in the morning and wanted to leave the luggage’s in the reception before check in time.

The room was to dark to read in bed. Kettle not safe on edge of table, but appreciated. Shower basin filling up to much. No fire extinguisher. No cleaning service eg. Clean towels also bin needed emptying. We did enjoy our stay, comfortable bed, security was very good. Good character.

The hotel has no receptionist, and the room code was sent by email, which worked fine. On the first day, I emailed a simple question, and on the second day, I sent another message about a concern. Unfortunately, I haven’t received any reply, even after two weeks. The main positive is the location — right in the heart of Kraków’s Old Town, perfect for sightseeing and exploring the city.

Terrible customer service!

Upon arrival at the hotel we were ‘greeted’ by a very miserable receptionist. The code for the door didn’t work and she kept rolling her eyes when we asked for help. Eventually, after a phone call to another member of staff, she realised she had told us the wrong entrance and finally we got into our room. The room itself was clean and fairly nice. The bedding however wasn’t great. The sheets covering the mattress were 2 single sheets and didn’t even cover the bed, meaning we were sleeping on the actual bare mattress! The location of this hotel was excellent, but we wouldn’t return due to the terrible customer service and mediocre bedding.

The air con was a god send while the temp outside was 36 degrees! Could have done with some more milk pots, I tried to keep a carton of milk cold in the bathroom sink but the plug let the water out! And a bigger cup would be good! Otherwise the room was lovely and quiet, perfect location, good key code instructions, didn't see any staff. Definitely good value for money and would recommend.

The room was large and very comfortable. It was enough suite and had tea/coffee making facilities. The room and bathroom was very clean. The woman who was cleaning the rooms was nice and although she could not speak my language she was very helpful and helped me with taxis and replenished the milk in my room. The room was old looking but all the furniture was nice and very smart and totally fit for purpose. Athe bathroom was very clean and modern. I liked staying at Camea.

This place was perfect for the two of us! Price was good! Location was perfect for visiting old town! Property owners contacted me directly to see if I needed anything additional. Allowed early check-in and allowed me to check out late! So accommodating! We would def stay here again if we come back to Krakow! A++!
