Halfway between the airport and hotel on my trip in, the shuttle driver lowered his window, allowing all the heat and humidity to enter the vehicle, and lit up a cigarette! Not knowing the local culture, I didn't say anything. But, breathing that cigarette smoke in a confined vehicle gave me a sore throat that I had for the duration of my stay, putting quite a damper on my trip there. I reported this to two people, including the manager, who did nothing more for me than remove the shuttle charge for that trip. The driver, of course, lied to them when confronted - and it was as though the manager just took his word without caring about the customer. In addition, during my relaxation massage, the "massage therapist" was very unprofessional and touched me in places that are off limits during massages! I felt violated. Stay away from this horrible place!

Rooms are average . Area has lots of restaurants surrounding it . There is also a lively poolside area. We did encounter alot of noise disturbance from the room above us but after reporting it to the front desk it was no longer an issue . Room had a fair amount of mosquitoes as well.

I didn't realize the booking on Expedia didn't include breakfast. Construction is tsking place at the hotrl but it is from around 8am to 5pm. It is a comfortable, lovely place. At nights thevrestaurant and pool area is amazing.
