I had a very disappointing experience staying at this hotel. The service was extremely poor and the staff seemed uninterested in helping guests. The room was not properly cleaned when I checked in — there was dust, the bathroom was not hygienic, and overall maintenance was very bad. Basic facilities that were promised were either missing or not working properly. When we raised concerns with the staff, the response was slow and careless. It felt like guest satisfaction was not a priority at all. For the price they charge, the quality and service are completely unacceptable. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone and definitely would not stay here again.
