The property is conveniently located close to everything. Unfortunately there’s no way to leave your luggage there if you arrive prior to check in but there are a few paid luggage storage places near the train & bus stations. Would definitely stay there again.

We had such a wonderful time here! A little bit odd at first as there are no physical workers everything is done through a check in screen at the front but a very beautiful property a 7 minute walk from the town center. Very clean and easy to access the train station, bus station and all meeting spots for tours to the Cliffs of Moher/Connemara!

No way to choose a room that I could tell so ours was right by the only entry door with a ground floor window to the street. We paid well over $300 a night for it. The room was nice, basic but fine. Very clean . Good bathroom.

First of all, room was very clean and in a good walkable location. We parked and didnt have to worry about the car until the next day. There was no staff interaction, but check in was quite simple. Now to note...these rooms are LOUD!! It was HOT (no AC or fan) so we had to leave windows open. The city does not sleep. There were provided earplugs but did not help. A nice mini fridge would have been great so we had some cold water throughout the night. Again, hotel was clean but not sure I would book this again in the future,

Great location. Easy check in. Cosy cute room. But, when we checked in, while it was clean it smelled really badly as if it had been cleaned with smelly mop/cloth. Once we opened the windows and aired out the room it was fine in a few hours. Our room wasn’t re-made after the first night. We didn’t get fresh towels, so small things tk improve on.

As checking in the room key machine would not work we stood there for a half hour even longer trying to call the support phone no one would answer we finally got a hold of them and we did end up getting our key but it’s not worth standing around waiting that long after a long road trip down, the room was a little cold and there was so way to change the temperature and found a small bug in the bed, it’s in a good area and didn’t get too loud tho that’s the good thing about staying here

Lovely room and kind staff

I had a very comfortable stay at The Woodquay Townhouse. Upon my arrival I did meet Liam who was extremely kind and helpful. There isn't concierge service, but if you do get to meet a staff member, they are lovely. Everything was clean, the bed was very comfortable and the room was lovely. It's not central, which I found to be a plus as it can get very noisy downtown. It takes about 10-20 minutes to walk to the city-center.

the self-check in and out was easy to do via a kiosk. the place had some nice restaurants within walking distance. it was also easy to walk down to the main sites. the only problem with not having a person on site is not getting problems resolved. we were having problems connecting to the internet we tried multiple times trying to connect. when we tried reaching out to them i could not get my WhatsApp to respond. and when trying to call it just rang and couldn't leave a voice message. i tried reach out to the through the Expedia app where we had communicated previously. i just go an AI message and that i would get a response within their next available hours. which they never did. we ended up not having any internet service during our stay.

Tricky check-in that needed internet access, no A/C, no parking, uncomfortable beds, did not feel safe, no amenities. Close walk to town. No hotel staff on site. Overall dissatisfied with the stay - the online info was misleading and omitted info. Would not recommend unless you have no other option for a place to stay.
