Café da manhã bem fraco nas opções, comida sem sabor, faltou cuidado e carinho no preparo. Internet péssima, precisei trabalhar e tive que ratear com a minha internet do celular. Houve falta de água quente 03 vezes na hora do banho, com demora na solução. O hotel é muito voltado para o atendimento dos argentinos, com músicas argentinas o tempo todo. Estive há 10 anos atrás nesse hotel, retornei porque tive uma boa impressão, porém dessa vez foi bem complicado.

Nos hospedamos no bangalô com banheira privativa, acomodação linda e confortável mas a alimentação deixou a desejar. Poucas opções saudáveis e pratos muito carregados e oleosos, o que acabou nos causando desconforto intestinal por três dias. No regime all inclusive, não havia variedade de bebidas sem álcool para quem não consome bebidas alcoólicas. Diante disso, não voltaria.

Hotel é bem velho, precisa de uma reforma. Banheiro tinha cheiro de esgoto e o ar condicionado não gelava o suficiente. As refeições são limitadas, com pouca variedade e sempre faltando os itens, pois não tinha reposição. Comida em buffet toda jogada, com péssima apresentação e sabor. Precisei sair algumas vezes do hotel para ter uma refeição descente. O all inclusive do final do ano era limitado, tanto para comida quanto para bebidas, o que nos deixou muito frustados. Hotel antigo sem manutenção! Luminarias quebradas, tudo muito velho. Café da manha supersimples. Ar condicionado pingando e mesmo após fazer reclamação a equope de manutenção o problema persistiu. Não recomendo este hotwl. Longe de ser um resort.
