6/10 Good

There was no refrigerator in the room or microwave. Not good for stays of over one day. Lots of noise in hallways, tough to sleep. Shower was very poor, shower head leaked, hard to get clean. Had no idea where the free breakfast was located. Not enough pillows in the room and the air conditioning was very poor at best. Room was hot and very stuffy.

8/10 Very good

Nice and clean hotel! However , the staff only spoke Spanish , which is fine but booking with an American website and platform made it difficult for Hotels.com to talk with the staff. The AC controls are difficult to work, it needs to be improved bc the airflow was poor. Overall, I would recommend it and would stay again if the price was right like this time.

Breakfast was simple, coffee, toast, cereal but good selection. Parking was excellent, it is enclosed parking and complete private. We felt safe leaving our automobile there. When we came back to pick up auto it was simple process and easy. We were on the road in about 15 min. or less. Excellent service.
