Gittiğimizde bizi çok güzel karşıladılar, personeller güler yüzlüydü. Odamızın büyüklüğü gayet idealdi ve temizdi. Terlikleri bizim önceki kaldığımız Mardin’deki otele nazaran çok kullanışlı ve tek kullanımlığa göre hemen yırtılmıyor. Otelin konumu eski midyatın merkezinde yer alıyor. Otelin teras katının manzarası çok güzeldi gece çıkıp Midyat manzarasını izleyebilirsiniz Müşterilere özel inidirimli kahvaltı imkanı sunuldu bizde kabul ettik. Serpme kahvaltı olarak sunuldu lezzetli ve yeterliydi. Müdüre hanım ve personeller bize alışverişimiz konusunda da çok yardımcı oldu .

Çalışanlar son derece güler yüzlüydü, her konuda yardımcı oldular. Ayrıca otelin Merkezi konumda olması fiyat performans açısından çok iyi bir durum. Ancak kahvaltının biraz daha geliştirilmesi lazım , çok fazla reçel çeşidi var onun dışında besleyici bir çeşit yok.

Heerlijk hotel toplocatie hele vriendelijke personeel. Aynur hanim de eigenaresse heeft echt haar best gedaan om het naar ons zin te maken. Douche was heerlijk stromend warm water. Kamer was super schoon. Ze hielp ons met alles! Echt een aanrader!

Merhaba. Otel personeli güleryüzlü ve ellerinden geldiğince yardımcı olmaya çalışıyorlardı. Otelin konumu tam merkezde fakat hafta sonu bölgedeki cafelerde canlı müzik olduğundan 24.00 a kadar uyuyamazsıniz. Otel konsepti düşük pozisyonda olduğundan mıdır biliyorum ama fiyat performans açısından pahalı. Bu fiyatlarda aynı bolgede daha iyi hizmet alınabilecek oteller mevcut. Personelin ilgisi hariç. Hijyen ,odalar, konfor iyi değil.
