The hotel was amazing, and the evening supervisor was outstanding. They were very knowledgeable about the area and provided great recommendations for local activities and things to do. The only downside was that the pillows were uncomfortable. Overall, it was a great stay, and I would definitely recommend this hotel

We enjoyed our stay very much, the staff was excellent, helpful and friendly. We forgot our toothbrushes and promptly the staff located replacements , plus cold bottled water. We were very pleased. The breakfast was tasty and delicious with a wide variety of breakfast items. A very conscientious employee was constantly replacing food and wiping all countertops while smiling and singing. The hotel is brand new and the breakfast is good. Definitely recommend this hotel for short or longer stay. It’s 2 min walk to the beach, the front desk staff were very helpful.

The location alone makes it worth it. It’s a new hotel, and is located directly across from the beach with easy walking access. Very close to shopping and food. The staff was very friendly and helpful! With it being a new hotel there’s not much to complain about; these items are minor- the AC unit in the room was a little noisy ( like a water running noise), the door to the room was a little difficult to latch all the way closed, and the handle in the shower came loose. The breakfast was just okay. The pillows were not great, but the bed was comfortable. Over all it’s a great spot especially for families wanting to go to the beach.

There aren’t enough superlatives to describe our stay. The building is only a few months old, so the property is still in fantastic condition, and it’s clear that the staff does an excellent job maintaining it. They were so meticulous that I saw a staff member spend quite a bit of time cleaning the elevator door leading to the lobby. The care she put into her work showed how much pride she takes in it. We arrived early, and since a room was available, the staff kindly let us check in ahead of time. The employees were incredibly friendly, reflecting the leadership team’s commitment to creating a positive experience for guests. Next time we go on a cruise, we plan to book this hotel again when we return.

First room I paid for which said ocean view with a sofa was just a bed. So then moved to an interior room with a window looking into a conference room. Of course no adjustment to what I paid. But worst was they had no hot water and knew it but don’t tell their guests. What an awful experience!!
