The room was clean and looked like it had been updated. I liked the tile floors because you can see if they’re clean. The stairs needed vacuuming and repair materials were left around. The breakfast was just okay. Staff was friendly and tried to be helpful but lacked some basic knowledge like the pool hours.

If you're just looking for a place to lay your head while passing through, this place is great. Room is comfortable, nothing fancy. My room was missing a lightbulb on the desk lamp and the shampoo/soap dispensers in shower were both empty. But, staff promptly filled both and brought a new lightbulb when alerted. Overall, good value for the price.

This RRI has friendly staff at a well-maintained facility in a small-town location. Unfortunately, the pool was closed, but all basic services were excellent. I plan to stay there again when I return to the Greater Louisville area.

I paid for a king Superior room with a jetted tub yet when we got there we were just given a regular room and the hotel manager or whoever it was in charge said that Hotels.com somehow double booked the room and also said they charge far more than what I pais on Hotels.com so we got the regular room. They are doing construction on the hotel right now as well so it's not in the the best of conditions. I ended up paying more for a room that I could have got at a much cheaper price. They offered free cancellation and a refund but being that it was last minute and we were only out of state for a day, we really didn't have any options.
