The location of the property is very good, right in the centre of old town..but because there was a festival during our stay, it was very noisy until after midnight. Also, the property has no AC. It was 32°C when we were there, so it's very uncomfortable.

Should have been told it was not a hotel. Difficult to check in. Did not receive how to get Key to room instructions before I arrived or instructions on how to check out. Room had a kitchen but no silverware/utensils. I got to the address and wandered around for a half an hour trying to figure out how to get into my room or even where my room was after flying for 14 hours. Luckily I found a cleaning person in a nearby room who helped me find a key to get into my room. I had no one I could contact otherwise.

Rigtige fine værelser. Alt var rent, i orden og fint. Nogle af lejlighederne ligger i samme opgang som private boliger, dette fungerede helt fint for os. Men det betyder at opgangene kan have et andet 'view and feel' end selve lejlighederne. Parkering var lidt udfordrende, men til gengæld er man lige midt i Wernigerode, hvilket jo er skønt!

Smutsig kyl och väldigt trånga rum som luktar illa. Otroligt dålig information innan och efter. Stod ingenstans vid bokning att allt sker digitalt och det finns ingen att kontakta! Inte ens hotels egen kundtjänst fick kontakt med boendet….

Parken war an dem Tag einfach (5 Minuten entfernt), super Lage, schnell gefunden, aber der Checkinvorgang war furchtbar. Den Code für die Schlüsselbox hatte ich nicht bekommen (kurzfristige Buchung?), die angegebene Telefonnummer in Hotels.com war falsch, die Nummern an der Unterkunft hat nur eine KI beantwortet, auf der Internetseite war keine Reservierung unter meinem Namen hinterlegt. Es war sehr nervenaufreibend, bis ich dann irgendwann von einem Menschen zurückgerufen wurde, und der war sehr nett. Beim Checkout genau das gleiche: angeblich soll es eine Box zum einwerfen des Schlüssels geben, gab es aber nicht. Am telefon wieder KI. Die Wohnung war nicht die, die auf den Fotos abgebildet war. Der Flur/Küche eingangsbereich hat furchtbar gestunken. Das ging auch nicht mit Lüften oder Duftkerzen weg. Das Bett war eine Katastrophe. Durchgelegen. Man hatte versucht es mit Matratzenauflagen zu kaschieren, was dazu führte, dass das Doppelbett jetzt aus zwei separaten 80 cm liegeflächen bestand und man ständig runtergekullert ist, weil man auf einer Wölbung lag. Wir waren nur eine Nacht hier (80€) weil diendarauffolgende Nacht 200€ kostem sollte. Verrückt. Das Geld war die Unterkunft in diesem Zustand nicht wert.
