Don’t recommend…

After reading the reviews online from the past month, the location is good, room is fine but the amount of hair on the floor, in between the sheets and on the pillows is a shock and horror! Would not recommend, sorry. Very friendly staff though.

Unprofessional and substandard

During my stay, hot water was not available in the room. Additionally, the system indicated that breakfast was included, but this was not the case according to the reception. When I raised the issue, the front office staff responded unprofessionally, making tasteless jokes such as, “I can buy Simit if you wish.” This was disappointing and did not meet the expected standard of service.

Konum olarak çok güzel bir yerde, güvenlik açısından da aynı şekilde gecenin bir yarısı çıksanız bile etraf güvenli görünüyor. Zaten her taraf büyükelçiliklerle dolu. Çevresinde birçok kafe ve restoran var, yine merkezi bir konumda olduğu için kızılay meydanı gibi yerlere bile ulaşımınızı kolaylıkla sağlayabiliyorsunuz. Çalışanları çok ilgililerdi, sorduğum konularda yardımcı oldular. Ben Mart ortası vize görüşmemden ötürü 1 gecelik bir konaklama geçirdim, malum Ankara olduğu için akşam üşürüm diye endişelenmiştim ama tam tersine baya bir sıcaktı oda. Sadece tek olumsuz tarafı sabah 8 gibi sesler gelmeye başladı, yan tarafımdaki oda erken mi çıkış yaptı anlayamadım ama sesler kesilmedi 1-1,5 saat devam etti kapı açıp kapatma, musluktan akan su sesleri vs tenizliğe etken başladılar sanırım. Aşırı gürültülü sesler değildi ama uyutmadı da, bir de televizyonlarında normal televizyon kanalı çekmiyordu. Bunu söyleyecektim ama unutmuşum :) hani benim için çok önemli değildi ama isteyenler olabilir. Genel olarak memnun kaldığım bir konaklama hizmeti oldu. Şu anlık kahvaltı servisleri yoktu ama bayramdan sonra büyük ihtimalle geleceğini söylediler.

Biz bir gün kaldık. Standast stüdyo odada kaldık ve oda gayet güzeldi yerler ve duş temizdi. Nevresim de temizdi ama ben biraz daha temiz ve yumuşatıcı kokmasını isterdim. Çalışanlar son derece kibar ve güleryüzlüydü. Otelin konumu da son derece iyiydi.

Fiyat Performans anlamında fazla beklenti içinde değildim. Ancak hem lokasyon gereği hem de bir marka değeri taşıyacağını düşünmüştüm. Ama maalesef üç günlük konaklamada, kapı çalınma gereği bile duyulmadı. Odaya giren olmadı. Çöp alınmadı. Girildiği andan itibaren lavabo sıvı sabun boştu ve söylenilmesine rağmen doldurulmadı. Çarşaf değişimi istemedim, sadece havlu değişimi ve ana alan, kaba temizliği rica ettim. Maalesef yapılmadı. Özet bu... Kimse konaklama yapmadan yorum yaptılar demesin, konaklama fatura ve fişleri mevcut. Yine de girişte güler yüzle hizmet veren gece görevlisi Yiğithan Beye teşekkür ederim.
