Viagem que era pra descansar se tornou estressante

Fizemos a viagem pra aproveitar e descansar na minha folga de fim de semana que acontece de 2 em 2 meses e fui surpreendida as 7 da manhã com barulho de trator e nos demos conta que ali alem de pousada funcionava uma marina e o trator passava exatamente colado na parede do quarto fazendo um barulho insuportavel o tempo todo levando as lanchas para o canal. Ou seja, impossivel descansar! Segundo ponto o quarto que nos deram so fechava com a chave, se um fosse do lado de fora tinha que trancar pois a maçaneta nao funcionava e o outro ficava preso, ate o retorno do que saiu. Terceiro ponto, uma pousada afastada do comércio e que nao tem agua pra vender, nunca vi isso. Quarto ponto, nao estavam preparados pra demanda... chegamos pra tomar café as 9 da manhã e nao tinha café, nao tinha queijo, nao tinha ovos mexidos, nem salsicha... e tivemos que esperar uns 20 minutos pra reporem tudo. Decepcionante... a viagem que era pra descanso, foi estressante. Dinheiro jogado fora.

Experiência ruim. Local precisa de reformulação e de limpeza. Banheiros sujos, com ralo entupido. Forro de pvc com aberturas visíveis nas bordas; vedação acústica inexistente; ouvimos toda a conversa do quarto contíguo. Cama velha; horrível; tivemos dores nas costas. Muitos mosquitos dentro do quarto. Wi-Fi apresentou inoperância num dos dias da nossa estadia. Café da manhã razoável. Em geral, Não recomendado!

A pousada é simples mas muito agradável, o preço pago é justo ao que é oferecido, se quiser muito luxo terá que pagar mais caro em outras pousadas em Paraty, o local é muito agradável com um rio que passa atrás da pousada e a parte do gramado para as crianças brincarem, infelizmente não tem brinquedos para os pequenos.

Travesseiros ruins, acústica ruim, cheiro dos quartos ruins, café ruim. O que salvou a estadia foi o atendimento dos pessoal sobre questões levantadas. Ex: trocamos de quarto pela péssima acústica e o cheiro muito forte de mofo. No primeiro quarto, chuveiro não esquentava. Na troca de quarto melhorou muito os quesitos, porém o cheiro forte de mofo para quem alergia como eu, é bem desconfortável.
