This is a nice hotel, clean, beautifully decorated, themed rooms are very fun, newly renovated. There were two things that were not so great tho; 1) the doors do not have deadbolt once you are inside the room. Just a keypad outside the door and anyone who has the code could enter when you’re in the room. Also, our particular room had a major leaking situation, not sure if it was due to rain storm or the person in the shower upstairs? Water was leaking on the bed through a light fixture and around the window and through the room partition. But the owner was responsive and there was another room we could move to, that was comfortable and met our needs perfectly.

We very much enjoyed this small, quirky hotel that kind of combines hotel (your own room and bath) with Air B’nB, by which I mean many common spaces. We were just two people, but I can imagine a bigger group would really appreciate the many gathering spaces. They’ve had fun decorating this former convent. Enjoy!

The room was actually gorgeous! Except for mult dead flies in the floor and spiders the size of golf balls. The tv had 4 remotes with no instructions. Not the best part of town but felt safe , really a surprise inside. very clean and beautiful

The property is very well done. The common areas made for a relaxing atmosphere. We really liked our suite. My only criticism is our suite had no closet. We did not have a place to hang our clothes. Otherwise, we enjoyed our stay.

Nice little boutique hotel with unique flare. I think it was converted from a convent. Safe and quiet. Updated with higher end finishes. Virtual check-in that was user friendly, but no onsite staff if you have any questions about stuff to do or places for food, but that’s what the internet is for. Access to a full kitchen’s living room, dining areas if you need space beyond your room.

Unexpected and Artful

The place is full of eye candy inside and out with attention to detail. A lot of thought and design in each room. Very comfortable and clean. Huge beautiful bathrooms. We were there on a Wednesday night in September, so only people there; a little weird with self check in and being in this giant house alone. Although the self check-in was really easy and well managed. Parking was across street up a staircase, so drop bags first.

This was an overnight while riding along the GAP. We didn’t expect the 24%grade hill to reach the property but we both made it. The view from the deck was pleasant. We found a corner to store the bikes for the night and noticed they weren’t the only bikes. The message from management gave us the information we needed to find our room. Loved the decorations throughout. Stayed in the Renaissance Era room. Nice mixture of new features with ornate decorations. Quiet. Clean. Comfortable and attractive. Very glad we found it.

Creative rooms that were clean and fun. No staff on site, however chat staff helpful with quick responses and solutions. Area around property sketchy, dining extremely limited in town. Town was nonexistent and not worth visiting.

Stayed in the Art Deco room first floor. There are stairs at the front door but a handicap ramp to the back porch. There is a handicap parking spot at the front door or across the street is a lot owned by the hotel. This is a hotel with out a staffed front desk. You are sent instructions how to get in. The room was small with just a bedroom & very nice bathroom. There are common areas ( kitchen, dining room, living room, laundry) which you can use. Wi-fi available. Didn’t get to see other rooms on the second floor but this was so decorated in the art deco style. Request first floor if needed. Will recommend and return! Thank you!

Everything was wonderful. A hidden gem. Clean, spacious, house to yourself. Like an Airbnb but without the owners there. Was really nice. Would go again. The fireplace could have came with instructions. That’s my only feedback.
