We spent 5 days here and had a marvelous time. Staff was very helpful and friendly and the room was great. Breakfast was very good and an evening meal was available if you wanted. Easy access off main roads and self-service laundry facilities were available which made our stay even better. I can't think of any way to improve our stay. We had a great time and would recommend it to anyone.

We where just passing through and arrived at 1 AM, checking out at 9AM the day after. Low standard budget hotel. Small rooms, the overall quality felt like 3/5. Wasn´t expecting that much since we only paid roughly 110 euros...The breakfast was not that great. Will not stay here again not even for passing through.

Unfortunately, this was our most expensive hotel stay to date, yet also our most disappointing. The room felt uncomfortable and humid, but the bed was the main issue. My partner was unable to sleep properly, which affected the following day. The mattress and thin topper provided far less comfort than expected, especially considering the price. Breakfast was also disappointing. As vegetarians, we understand that the selection may be more limited, but the overall choice was poor and did not reflect the hotel’s price level. We contacted the hotel directly to give them an opportunity to respond. Their reply focused mainly on the fact that the bed met their standards, without acknowledging how seriously the lack of sleep affected our stay. No compensation or gesture of goodwill was offered. The experience did not justify the price, and the hotel’s response only reinforced our disappointment. We cannot recommend Aiden Odense and would not stay there again.
