We stayed here for the F1 in Monza and it was a really lovely place to stay and exactly what we were looking for. It was spacious, with a fully equipped kitchen and everything you might need. A large fridge/freezer to store leftover food and the bed was warm and comfortable. Communication from the host was excellent and we got clear instructions on how to pick up the keys. The best thing was the location, Right in the heart of the town centre and a 15 min walk away from the main station, we had all the lovely restaurants and shops at our fingertips. We'll certainly try to stay here again when we next come to Como!

It was a lovely stay with lots of room. There was great tv access and good appliances in the kitchen. The communication was clear and great and it’s in a great area as everything is walking distance. We had a lovely time and it was a really comfortable apartment.

Property is located few minutes from the lake, cafes restaurants, shops and many historical monuments. Communication with property management was excellent and instruction easy to follow. Apartment is well equipped and nicely decorated. Reason I gave it 3 stars, is accessibility. Apparent is on 3rd floor with narrow (tight and steep) staircase. To carry two full size luggage was a task. Another issue I had was extremely soft mattress (foam like) I’d recommend this property to all with carry on, or smaller lighter luggage, who are very light/slim and won’t sink in the foam. Other than that, it’s a perfect place to stay for couple of days.

This little apartment is great for a family of 4. It was nice that the kiddos had their own space. As a foreigner, you are not accustomed to how some of the appliance work and this property does a great job with an "apartment manual" with pictures and explanations. Be aware that it is on the 4th floor with no elevator.

Climbed up 3 flights of stairs and arrived at the key safe in total darkness. It would have been helpful to be made aware of the timer light switches. Next, on entering the studio we discovered that this was the only place that we’ve stayed in Italy that didn’t provide any complimentary water. The in room safe was locked and inaccessible. On contacting the management company we were told that it should be in the room and that we should look for it. When we told them that it was nowhere to be seen we were told to look again. This issue was not resolved during our stay. We then realised that there were no curtains on the French doors and contacted the management company because we were directly opposite other apartments. The response we received was argumentative and suggested that it did not matter as the exposed windows were in the kitchen area. It took quite some back and forth before they realised that it was a one room studio. The issue was temporarily resolved the next but then broke again (the glue holding brackets was not strong enough) and could not be repaired during our stay. Every night of our stay we were woken after 1am by incredibly noisy and disrespectful neighbours. This disruption continued for hours. Appreciate that the management company can’t help with this but the sound proofing is nonexistent. Overall, a frustrating and distracting stay.

The property was in new condition. Was well located to shops and transport. It was well equipped with cooking utensils, cups,plates and classes. Air conditioning was excellent. There was some sort of building noise from the neighbours but not excessive.
