The room was clean and bright, and I think the breakfast selection and the view from the breakfast area are among the best in Van. Also, the young man at reception was unfriendly and constantly on his phone, clearly prioritizing his calls over the guests. Other than being shown to the wrong room at first, having a power outage, and dealing with an unstable internet connection, there were no issues.

Kesinlikle tasarım ve hizmet yaklaşımı 3 yıldızdan daha fazla. Odada tek sorun kilima olmamalıydı. Hemen vantilatör getirdiler ve cok yeterli oldu. Zaten nezaketle ihtiyacimin karşılanması benim icin yeterlidir. Yenileme adı altında pek cok otelin dandik malzeme ve son derece zevksiz odalarından sonra fiyatına göre cok cok iyi bir odada kaldım. Kahvaltı ve manzarası oldukça iyi, odalar biraz ufak, seçenekleri var sanırım seçeerkeen dikkaat eetmek gerekir, duvar tarafındaki yatak rutubet kokusu vardı. Otopark sağlamaaları mükemmeel olmuş, bulunduğu konum park için sıkıntılı. Çalışanlara oldukça yardımseverler, hepsine teşekkürler.

Çalışanların ilgisi yeterliydi odalar temizdi kahvaltıda çeşit yeterli ve temizdi. Sadece otel merkezde olduğu için pencereler açıkken dışarının gürültüsü geliyordu ancak civardaki çoğu otelde aynı durum mevcut biz Memnun kaldık tekrar kalınabilir.
