The housekeeping of the room was disappointing. I informed the host about the issue, but unfortunately, there was no acknowledgement or follow-up. I also found cigarette butts and strands of hair inside the wardrobe, which suggests that the room was not properly cleaned and checked before my arrival. Overall, the cleanliness and housekeeping standards were below expectations.
