Not bad for a couple night stay. Right next to the tram stop Lipinskiego so you can get to old town or anywhere else.

2/10 Poor

If you book this hotel, Bring your own pillows because those pillows that the hotel have is paper thin. You can hear a lot of disturbing sounds, the door to the room is not all the way down to the floor so lights from outside in the stairwell is lighting up in the room. Parkings are really small and if you are a little bit picky about your car it might have dents after parking there. How this hotel can have a 3 star rating is very strange.

The hotel is quite close to the city, with a Tesco supermarket nearby and other restaurants. The staff is probably what stands out about the place as they are very helpful and go out of their way to help. The hotel is a little old, but overall it was ok for a short stay. If you can, get the family room which gives you more space.

Ontbijt is goed. Vriendelijk personeel. Parkeren is slecht. Heel gehorig hotel. Lift door hele gebouw te horen.

Meh.

Not far from the center. Bed are really small and particularly hard. Whole room was a bit aged (carpet dirty, mold). I could hear what my neighbors were saying (particularly noisy).

Polecam!!!

Good Hotel. Good experience. Good distance.

It is a wonderful hotel. The distance from Krakow main train station to hotel is only ten stops by bus. The two ladies both day and night shift are wonderful and attentive. They are also helpful in everything. Hair dryer, hot water, direction?, all provide. Healthy food for breakfast too. This give me a good impression travel in Krakow
