Thin walls, other unit noises could be heard, people walking upstairs and talking from other rooms could be heard. Shampoo and the hand soap were the same and not great for taking showers. Access was great no hassle no drama. Location was phenomenal. There is literally no lobby, internet was slow. But still it was manageable. People in charge over WhatsApp were super responsive.

Location and room was great overall. It is an older hotel with dated furniture. A bit pricey for how out-dated it was compared to other hotels throughout Poland, but that's not a big deal. The big reason behind the lowered rating is the watered-down shampoo and soap. I can live with old beds and noisy doors, but watering those down to not fill it up is just purely lazy and cheap. I rarely travel with shampoo or soap unless I'm camping, and desperately wished I brought my own.

So we stayed 5 days toilet roll was not ever replaced so we ran out, to have the room cleaned it was extra but worst of all its the workman working on a building next door from 7am constant drilling and banging, a wide range of power tools used throughout the day so never got the chance for a nap or to sleep in

I have rent a room for 3 nights for four people and I have choose option with 2 single beds and a double sofa, when we arrived to the apartment I was in shock because them two single beds where joined together and the room was to small to separate them ....I choose the single bed option over double bed because I didn't won't to sleep in one bed with anyone... But on the end I had to because there was no other possibility, also I have sent text message to the hotel at night about the dog, which was barking all night nearly in apartment beside ours and I haven't got any reply .... Disappointed

This was a short stay with a group of friends. The hotel was what we expected, it was basic bau clean and within easy walking distance of the city centre with friendly staff and at a good price.
