I have been staying in New York for over ten years and have experienced most of its iconic hotels, and I can say with confidence that there is nothing quite like this in terms of service, hospitality, and genuine warmth. There is an undeniable, irresistible seduction to the place an enveloping energy, almost intoxicating. In Brazil, we call it borogodó. Simply captivating. I would also like to highlight the gentlemen dressed in white at the entrance they are absolutely wonderful and truly charming. Their presence elevates the arrival experience, and their attire is simply exquisite.
