The rooms are outdated and need some work. The doors don't work well, the bathroom needs work. The AC works but doesn't cool enough. WiFi outside the room only. The pool is great for the kids though. It is also located in a great location. Although I listed some issues, I would stay here again.

I sliced my toe open on the shower drain and bled for two days to start the trip. They did not grant me a new room after I requested one and offered no compensation of any kind. They replaced the broken drain. It felt very low budget. I do not recommend

Escogí la habiatacion más económica porque literal solo necesitaba dormir, pero después la quise cambiar y ya no podía, al entrar la base de la cama es de cemento y está muy alta, me cae que una persona de la tercera edad o con discapacidad no pudiera, está súper encerrado, de momento me dio claustrofobia, ni una ventana, descuidado el hotel en general

El hotel ya tiene sus años y eso se nota en las habitaciones, muchas restricciones si quieres fumar tienes que salir hasta la calle, eso en ningún otro hotel lo hacen, la alberca muy chica no es como aparece en las fotos. El personal es amable y se encuentra bien ubicado aunque por la noche se escuchan todos los ruidos de la calle.

Si vas solo a dormir y a bañarte, está bien, pero no tienen Internet en las habitaciones, las camas están duras, no hay caja fuerte, no hay plancha, encontramos cucarachas pequeñas, hacen la limpieza a diario, no entiendo por qué había de esos bichos, la recepcionista jovencita muy grosera en su trato de frente y por teléfono, tal vez estaba más preocupada con su galán werito jajaja, el señor guardia de lentes que muy amable es lo rescatable de dicho hotel
