Waking up and seeing the ocean sparkle right outside was pure magic. Comfortable beds, spotless facilities, and a perfect location close to the sand. Nice on site restaurant and well equipped gym. Would definitely return and recommend to anyone looking for a relaxing beach getaway!

10/10 This was the best place we stayed while in Mexico. The staff are very kind and happy to help with anything. The location is beautiful, right on the beach, beautiful views. Besides the wonderful staff, the hotel restaurant was a highlight. We ate every meal there while in Tampico because we wanted to try everything. Beautiful seafood and cocktails.

Our stay was absolutely wonderful. The room was perfect and we loved how close the walk to the beach was. Axel was our waiter, he serviced us while on the beach front and by poolside. Excellent service! Would highly recommended staying here when considering a nice beach trip.

El hotel está bonito, es nuevo y visualmente agradable; sin embargo, no considero que realmente ofrezca una experiencia de hotel boutique. La accesibilidad es muy mala. Hay un escalón en la entrada de la habitación y también desniveles en los pasillos, lo que dificulta o impide el acceso en silla de ruedas. Incluso una de las rampas estaba bloqueada por un calentador o algún equipo similar. El carrito para el equipaje tampoco puede entrar a la habitación y, como la puerta se cierra sola, uno termina batallando entre mantenerla abierta y meter las maletas. Reservé para cuatro personas —dos adultos y dos niños— y solamente dejaron tres toallas. Además, las toallas eran muy normales. Precisamente en un hotel que se presenta como boutique uno esperaría que detalles como las toallas, los jabones, las sábanas y las almohadas marcaran una diferencia. Las sábanas y almohadas estaban bien, pero nada fuera de lo común, y los artículos de baño tampoco se sentían premium. También renté una suite anunciada con cocineta, pero en realidad no está equipada: no tiene estufa, cubiertos, utensilios ni lo necesario para preparar algo. Únicamente había una cafetera con dos cápsulas. En general, me pareció caro para lo que ofrece. El lugar está lindo y nuevo, pero le faltan muchos detalles para considerarlo boutique y para justificar el precio. Lamentablemente, no regresaría.

La alberca con hidromasaje estaba sin servicio, el personal muy atento, en especial el jefe del restaurante que si mal no recuerdo se llama Paulo Aleman, la habitación excelente, muy amplia, con closets enormes y mucho espacio para guardado, la decoración de muy buen gusto, estábamos en planta baja y de la habitación a la playa solo son unos pasos. Sin duda volveré a hospedarme ahí.

Solo cuando pedimos unos biskets a restaurant en 2 ocasiones la primera no habia y ese mismo dia nos indicaron nos apartarian para el dia siguiente por que se acababan temprano....y al dia siguiente hablamos para solicitarlos y no lo hicieron ,pero fuera de eso excelente.

Me gustó la ubicación, definitivamente la playa está hermosa en esa zona, la habitación me gustó en diseño y comodidad pero el aire acondicionado se queda muy corto para una habitación tan grande al grado de que en la noche la habitación se llega a sentir caliente, el servicio en restaurante es aceptable, no son tan amables pero se puede vivir con eso, tristemente el servicio en playa y alberca es súper escaso, el primer día tuvimos suerte de ver un mesero pero el segundo nunca vino nadie ni a la playa o alberca. La alberca no me gustó, el agua se sentía sucia, incluso había demasiada basurita lo cual me llamó la atención porque prácticamente el hotel estaba vacío Debo reconocer que aunque la comida del restaurante estaba muy rica, la prohibición de no poder consumir alimentos externos no me encantó Es un hotel bastante agradable en general con algunos detalles

Excelente lugar, habitación muy comoda y con lo necesario, amenidades justo para tu estancia, las albercas de buen tamaño y diferente profundidad, lo unico malo es que ya para en la tarde la alberca mediana tenía mucha basura y restos de bloqueador solar lo que hacía que se viera muy sucia

Teníamos altas expectativas de este hotel, lo conocimos desde que se estaba edificando, 2022/2023. Es de sorprender lo deteriorado que tiene las áreas públicas, pareciera que tiene 15 años sin haberle dado mantenimiento. La habitacion estuvo excelente, con excepción de las 3 cucarachas que vimos en el baño y otra más. Afuera de la puerta. Definitivamente no cumplió con las expectativas de un hotel de primer nivel. Para nosotros fue "debut y despedida".
