The room was very good. But there was no breakfast although I paid for it.

This is NOT a Hotel. It is a room in an apartment building, and the socalled breskfast, consist of one cup of coffe, a croissant and a bottle of water. You have to walk to the end of the road and get breakfast at a cafeteria. We had to change hotel, because we were, in writing, promised two beds and only got one small dobbelbed. They refuse to repay the cost for the remaining nights. Alex was wery forthcoming on the phone, but that really didn't make a difference.
