L'hÎtel est trÚs vieux, l'accueil sent le tabac froid. La personne a l'accueil était gentille. Notre chambre était vielle et il y avait des tâches sur la moquette qui donnait un aspect trÚs sale à la chambre. La salle de bain a une peinture jaune. Point positif : les alentours, proximité avec les rues animées Je ne pense pas que la chambre soit sale, mais c'est dommage que la peinture ou la moquette donne cet aspect. L'isolation est trÚs mauvaise, nous avons eu l'impression que la fenêtre était ouverte et nous entendions toute la circulation et les trains.

いく぀か看過できない問題がありたした。 たず、23時を過ぎるずフロントにスタッフが䞍圚ずなり、䞇䞀郚屋に入れなくなった堎合の察応手段がたったく講じられおいない点は、安党管理䞊、非垞に問題です。実際にフロントで立ち尜くすこず30分、ようやくスタッフルヌムから出おきた男性スタッフ50歳前埌が察応されたしたが、それたでの間、モニタヌ等による状況確認も䞀切されおおらず、スタッフは喫煙しながら控宀にこもっおいた様子でした。これは宿泊斜蚭ずしおの基本的な責務を著しく欠いおいたす。 たた、ホテル名称に関しおも誀解を招くものです。「高知タヌミナルホテル」ずいう名称から鉄道駅呚蟺の立地を想起したすが、実際には高速バスタヌミナル前であり、名称ずしお䞍適切であるず感じたす。正確を期すなら「高知高速バスタヌミナルホテル」などの衚蚘が劥圓ではないでしょうか。詐欺たがいの名称です。 さらに、倖芳は䞀芋敎っおいるものの、通内は老朜化が目立ち、宿泊した客宀は明らかに䞋氎臭がこもっおおり、䞍快でした。枅掃・衛生管理面でも改善が必芁ず感じたす。

If you are arriving by train, this property is about a 15 minute walk from Kochi station, which for Kochi is a fairly short walk. The location is also right next to a bus terminal, with a couple tram stops nearby as well. Good shopping is a close walk, and the castle is also only a 15 minute walk. As far as Kochi goes, this is probably as walkable as it gets. As for the property, it is a bit older, and while the hallway had a strange smell, the room smelled fine, was clean, and had good air conditioning. Moreover, they did daily cleaning, which is always nice. Overall I thought this was a good hotel, especially for the price.
