Misleading Availability, Unsafe Accommodations, and Terrible Customer Service I would not recommend booking with this property. My experience was extremely frustrating, misleading, and left me feeling unsafe. I booked through Expedia because the property showed availability. Upon arrival, all communication was handled through WhatsApp. They requested my booking confirmation in PDF format and then directed me to a link requesting an additional payment, despite my stay already being paid for. The check-in process then required an Argentinian ID number. When I explained that I was a tourist and did not have one, I was suddenly informed that no rooms were available. This raised serious concerns about their booking practices and how international travelers are treated. They eventually offered an alternative property approximately 20 minutes away. Desperate for accommodations, I accepted, only to find an outdated room with doors that did not lock properly and no running water. I felt extremely unsafe. Throughout this ordeal, I repeatedly called to speak with someone, but no one answered. All communication remained through WhatsApp, and no one came to assist me. I ultimately requested a refund, which I am still trying to resolve a week later. My advice: Book elsewhere. The misleading availability, questionable check-in process, unsafe accommodations, and lack of customer support made this one of my worst booking experiences.
