A horrible experience - the bed was completely infested with bedbugs, and I didn't see them until I woke up thirsty after an hour's sleep. I rushed down to the reception area to change room, but it was completely empty, and nobody responded to any of the telephone numbers. In the end I had to leave RossoVino and pay for another hotel at short notice, as it was impossible to sleep in that bed and there was nobody at all around to help or change rooms. This was the first time I've come across a hotel with bedbugs, it was a scarring experience, and made worse by the lack of any service.

L'hotel est bien situé dans une rue calme, à 20mn du centre en tram. Il a du charme mais est mal insonorisé. La chambre climatisée est spacieuse avec une jolie petite terrasse. Il n'y avait pas de gobelets plastiques ni mouchoirs en papier ce qui me paraît le minimum en termes d'hygiène. Pas de petites bouteilles d'eau dans le minibar pour l'arrivée. Dommage. C'est très cher pour ce que c'est. La reception, dans un autre bâtiment, n'est pas accueillante, ses toilettes sont sales et sentent mauvais (en travaux?) Pas de local bagagerie fermé, les valises sont laissées dans le hall sous la surveillance du réceptionniste. C'est son emplacement qui avait déterminé mon choix, pour un séjour de 4 jours, je m'attendais à mieux.

All'arrivo può dare una pessima impressione la reception in comune con un omonimo hotel 2 stelle. Ma poi la palazzina del boutique hotel è completamente in linea con la prenotazione. Nonostante si chiami boutique hotel, non c'è colazione. Personale gentile, aria condizionata regolabile. A 1 minuto a piedi parcheggio multipiano sopra Lidl.

Otel sakin bir sokakta ve keyifli bir tasarıma sahipti. Oda ve banyo gayet temiz. Biz bilerek tercih ettik ama oda biraz küçük. Bir de üst katta kalacaklar için valizler çok ağırsa taşımak sıkıntı, çünkü asansör bulunmuyor.
