Our stay was amazing. The location was very convenient and the apartment was pristine. It was very clean and comfortable - definitely one of the nicest apartments I've stayed in Europe. The washer/dyer was a huge bonus, as we had been travelling for 14 days before arriving and having laundry done was a big concern. Silvia, the property manager, was an absolute blessing. She met us promptly upon arrival and made sure that we had everything we needed to be comfortable. She was prompt, courteous, kind, responsive and very professional. She made our stay memorable.

Exactly what we needed!

4 night stay as part of our honeymoon. The woman on reception was excellent, gave us a full explanation of the suite and how it worked, what was included and such. She also gave us some restaurant recommendations which turned out to be lovely and really tasty. They provided us a handy information sheet with contact numbers, local supermarkets and other technical info on the apartment. Was a really gorgeous interior dine to a high standard. The only thing, which is more feedback, is that the suite we stayed in did not have a mirror in the upstairs, where the clothes storage and bed were. Not a dealbreaker but made getting dressed a bit more of a hassle. Overall an excellent place and perfectly situated. Have already enquired about a further stay next year.

Very disappointing experience. Despite weeks of communication before arrival, we were given the wrong room—a smaller, lower-category unit instead of the Design Loft, City View we specifically booked for our family. Only after I pushed did reception admit the room had been double booked for weeks, yet we were never informed in advance. Instead of taking responsibility, we were told to contact Hotels.com ourselves, with no apology and no meaningful assistance—while traveling with two young children and no phone service. We spent hours trying to fix the issue, losing valuable vacation time and even missing a meal. This could have easily been communicated ahead of time. I would not recommend this property for their lack of problem-solving, accountability, and basic customer care. When traveling overseas with kids, you expect to feel supported and taken care of—not misled. Overall, a frustrating and disappointing start to what should have been a special trip. Lastly, there is no refund because the hotel is not releasing approvals for Hotels.com to refund me for the difference of the rooms. There’s no accountability and literally refusing to refund back for their system error and making money off of so-called a mistake but now I’m wondering this might have been intentional.
